Below is a selection of the meals to be provided
Breakfast:
- 1 bacon rasher, 2 eggs (boiled/poached), 1 slice
of brown bread/toast, low fat spread - 3 turkey rashers, 1 egg, 1 slice of brown
bread/toast, low fat spread - Porridge with fruit
- Brown bread with cold cut turkey & ham and
jam
Lunch:
- Soup and sandwiches
- Chicken salad
- Ham salad
- Packed lunch – sandwich and fruit
Dinner
- Chicken / pork & vegetable stir fry
- Steamed fresh salmon served with vegetables and potatoes
- Beef & vegetable curry
- Lasagne
- Pork Fillet with Baked Beetroot, Apple & Red Onion
- Chicken with Garlic & Parmesan
We will also have healthy snacks for you to enjoy inbetween your meals
