Below is a selection of the meals to be provided

Breakfast:
  • 1 bacon rasher, 2 eggs (boiled/poached), 1 slice
    of brown bread/toast, low fat spread
  • 3 turkey rashers, 1 egg, 1 slice of brown
    bread/toast, low fat spread
  • Porridge with fruit
  • Brown bread with cold cut turkey & ham and
    jam
Lunch:
  • Soup and sandwiches
  • Chicken salad
  • Ham salad
  • Packed lunch – sandwich and fruit
Dinner
  • Chicken / pork & vegetable stir fry
  • Steamed fresh salmon served with vegetables and potatoes
  • Beef & vegetable curry
  • Lasagne
  • Pork Fillet with Baked Beetroot, Apple & Red Onion
  • Chicken with Garlic & Parmesan
